We're Damage Goods Distilling Co - a.k.a. Tim & Pia, a bartender and chef duo on a mission to prove that spirits made with imperfect ingredients don’t have to be anything less than perfect... in fact, as two ex-hospo alums, our palates are finely tuned to seek perfection, so that’s the only thing we’ll accept.

We work with other foodie businesses in the community (such as farmers, markets, supermarkets, juicing companies, and coffee roasters) to put "ugly" produce and ordinarily discarded pulps and peels to good use. We allow our customers to make more sustainable choices without sacrificing quality and flavour. Our spirits are world-class, once you try them you won't even believe they came from waste!

We’re all about pushing boundaries, not only with our recipes, but with our operations across the board, including at our close-to-zero-waste distillery. We equally apply our waste saving philosophy to all our merchandise - from recycled threads for t-shirts and hoodies, down to coasters made from recycled post-consumer plastics.

We’re genuinely passionate about the planet, which makes it all the more satisfying knowing that we are saving produce from landfill, one delicious sip at a time. Win, win!
