Phantom Rose Artistry

Having always been a bit of an introvert, art and design provided an outlet to express myself and challenge the typical way of doing things. I never liked being subtle and found colour fun to play with, shapes intrinsic and designing a piece from beginning to end freeing.

This is also how Phantom Rose Artistry came to be. I learnt to make my first paper flower after deciding to use them in the bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding back in 2014. After many a trial and error, my method and creativity evolved into experimenting with what else could utilise this gorgeous and versatile art and how I could share it with others to make them feel as special as I did.

… And viola!
Hair and fashion adornments. From flower crowns, headbands, clips and pins, to incorporating the use of origami, hama beads and hessian (coming soon)- I'm up for the challenge!

From subtle to vivid, natural to mystical and all in between, I thrive on creating pieces that make the wearer feel fresh, confident and beautiful in their own skin- not be afraid to be themselves, stand out from the crowd and embrace their inner woman. Just like make up, adornments can transform the way you feel and give you the lift you need to walk out the door, make you feel like the queen you deserve to be or cover a bad hair day!

No matter the occasion, be it a wedding, hen's day, photo shoots, a birthday bash, festival or just because you're awesome and want to express it, there's something here for you!
