The Boy Who Draws
In 2016, a five year old boy from Perth drew a series of iconic London landmarks whilst on holiday: Buckingham Palace, Saint Paul’s Cathedral, Piccadilly Circus, The London Eye ... he took his pad and pencils everywhere. On his return home, his interest in architecture continued, culminating in almost 50 drawings of well-known buildings from cities all around the world. His Mum, a graphic designer, scanned them, added colour and liked the results. The two now collaborate: he draws what interests him and she combines them to create greeting cards, prints, tea towels and t-shirts under the name ‘The Boy Who Draws’.
