I’m Canelé is a Perth-based specialty canelé brand dedicated to handcrafted French canelés. Baked fresh in traditional copper moulds, our canelés have a beautifully crisp, caramelised exterior and a soft, custardy centre.

We offer a delicious range of classic and creative flavours, from Vanilla and Earl Grey to Matcha, Ube, Biscoff, Pistachio, Thai Milk Tea and Oreo, with seasonal flavours regularly added to the menu.
