Founded by two local Perth lifeguards, our love for the water and beach life inspired us to create a dessert that’s as refreshing as it is fun. Our mission through Pool Buoys is to provide joy to all through our iconic dessert. Currently specialising in Hawaiian-inspired shave ice, we deliver ultra-fine, fluffy ice that melts in your mouth, topped with bold, fruity syrups and an array of irresistible toppings.

We offer a refreshing escape by allowing patrons to customise their treat by mixing vibrant flavours, adding a creamy ice cream base, or going all out with toppings like fresh fruit, mini mochi, and a drizzle of condensed milk.
