Toastmate is a thriving mobile food business bringing the vibrant flavours of Hong Kong street food straight to your taste buds — everything made fresh to order and served with a smile.

Our savoury menu is centred around our signature crispy chicken, made with our secret recipe for a flavourful, crunchy and satisfying bite. We’ve taken this crowd favourite and created our inventive Toast-Burger, replacing the traditional burger bun with golden, crispy Hong Kong-style French toast. This unexpected combination brings customers a fun surprise, pairing our signature crispy chicken with the sweet, crunchy texture of Hong Kong-style French toast, fresh fillings and carefully matched sauces.

For those who prefer a more classic burger experience, we also offer premium brioche burgers, made with soft, buttery brioche buns and generously filled with our signature crispy chicken, fresh ingredients and flavourful sauces. Our savoury selection is complemented by a range of Hong Kong-inspired street food and deep-fried favourites, including squid tentacles, pork siu mai, vegetable spring rolls, cheeseburger spring rolls, fish and chips and chicken nuggets.

For something sweet, we serve a range of Sweet Thick Toasts inspired by Hong Kong-style French toast. With six sweet options available, our thick toasts feature classic golden syrup and crowd favourites such as Nutella. Each thick toast is golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and generously coated with sauce for a rich, indulgent and satisfyingly crunchy texture.

Our menu is rounded out with classic Hong Kong beverages, including traditional Hong Kong milk tea (canned) and Vita lemon tea (Boxed), alongside a variety of soft drinks.
